I am amazed how fickle undecided voters seem to be this year in the presidential race, going back and forth between the Republican and Democratic candidates. It is likely because they are not basing their preferences on issues that matter, but are vacillating for superficial reasons based on headlines. Both Democrats and Republicans are painting this election as a critical, existential decision, which is why it is so puzzling how so many seem to be shrugging it off.
