Everywhere you turn companies are hiring and are desperate for employees. The causes are more complicated than people just sponging off of unemployment - many can't return to the workforce due to having to stay home with kids learning there. Also unskilled jobs are paying more to attract applicants, leading workers into fields they used to not consider.
