With COVID-19 cases rising in a number of states that reopened too early (Florida and Texas) and an increase in cases across the state, Indiana has opted to modify its "Back On Track" July 4th Phase 4 plan to Phase 4.5 through July 17th. The limitations that continue are mainly the 50% capacities at bars and larger venues, though restaurant capacities are increased to 75%. My guess is that our state and others will probably end up remaining in this phase for a while, or if we proceed beyond it, backtracking to it until a vaccine is developed and distributed.
