Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has been trying to open dialogue between North Korea and the U.S., despite the ratcheting up of tensions between the two governments. I'm not sure if President Trump is playing "good cop-bad cop," but his tweets threatening "fire and fury," and taunting North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un as the "Rocket Man" have only served to make the crisis worse. I am concerned that neither leader has much concern for the loss of innocent life should one of the nations decide to do the unthinkable and launch weapons of mass destruction. Militarily, I'd say the best option would be to use conventional weapons to take out high value North Korean targets.
