Governor Chris Christie (R-NJ), a possible 2016 GOP presidential frontrunner, is facing allegations he was personally involved in an act of political retribution against the mayor of Fort Lee, New Jersey, for not supporting his run for governor. Christie claims his aides, without his knowledge, deliberately ordered the lane closures on a multistate bridge to cause traffic chaos. The case is headed to court (much to the delight of Democrats), and if Christie is found guilty, his presidential hopes will certainly be dashed.
By the way, be glad I didn't feature the governor dressed in fishnet lingerie like Cher in the infamous "Turn Back Time" video from way back in the day. That and quite honestly it's too much trouble drawing all those sailors.
