Wilson's "You Lie!" outburst was childish and all-too-typical of the nonsense that is going on in the GOP power vacuum right now. That kind of rudeness and lack of "decorum", as it is called, would certainly fit in with the shouting and incivility that takes place during "Prime Minister's Questions" in the House of Commons broadcast in the U.S. on C-SPAN. I theorize the Brits get away with it because their accents seem to make even rudeness sound civil and polite.
