Time will tell if the theory that wealth grows from the ground-up turns the tide by encouraging the consumer spending needed to keep businesses afloat. The last 30 years have shown us it doesn't trickle down most of the time. However, Obamanomics vs. Reaganomics aside, until laws appear that make free trade fair trade, and Americans aren't competing with babies in Bangladesh making pennies a day, the American economy will remain a shadow of what it once was.
