Recently top execs ousted Disney CEO Bob Chapek, replacing him with former CEO Bob Iger. I feel that Chapek didn't have the heart to be the hatchet man Chapek was during the pandemic. Chapek imposed ruthless cost-cutting measures, laid many employees off, got rid of many free perks in the parks like fast passes, meanwhile charging more for less. Iger remarked that prices were getting too high and Disney needs to return to focusing on its creative storytelling-I could not agree more.
