"...but is it OK with Joe?" seems to be the big question in Washington these days, and by Joe, isn't meant Joe Biden, but West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin. In a nearly divided senate, his vote has become critical, as he is probably the most conservative Democratic congressman nowadays. He seems to relish having the power to single-handedly determine policy. While I respect non-partisan independence, many of his "concerns" tend to be petty and purely obstructionist.
